Privacy policy

This policy explains what personal information I collect through this website, why, and what your rights are. I keep it simple and only collect what I need to reply to you.

Who I am

This website is run by Sarah Jane Acman, trading as Feel Great with Sarah Jane, an independent Unicity distributor based in London. I am the "data controller" for the information described here.

What I collect

• The contact form: your name, what you're interested in, and your message.
• When you contact me directly by WhatsApp, phone or email: your name, phone number or email address, and anything you choose to tell me.

Please don't include detailed medical information in the form. If you'd like to talk about a health condition, we can do that privately by phone or WhatsApp.

How I use it

I use your details only to reply to your enquiry, help you get started with the Feel Great System or the Unicity business opportunity if you ask me to, and support you afterwards. The legal basis is my legitimate interest in responding to people who contact me, and, where you go on to order or join, taking steps at your request.

I will never sell your details, and I won't add you to any mailing list without asking first.

Who else sees it

• Netlify, which hosts this website, stores a copy of contact form messages so they can be forwarded to my email. Netlify is based in the USA; transfers are protected by the UK's approved data transfer safeguards.
• WhatsApp (Meta), if you send your message through WhatsApp.
• Google, which provides my business email.
• Unicity International, if you buy products or sign up through my links. Your order or enrolment is handled by Unicity under their own privacy policy.

How long I keep it

If you don't go on to become a customer or partner, I delete your enquiry within 12 months. If you do, I keep your contact details for as long as I'm supporting you, and delete them when you ask me to or when we stop working together.

Cookies

This website does not use cookies, analytics or advertising trackers. Unicity's shop and sign-up pages, which my buttons link to, have their own cookie policies.

Your rights

You can ask me to show you, correct or delete the information I hold about you, or object to how I use it. Just email or message me and I'll respond within one month.

If you're unhappy with how I've handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
